Not really a complicated game here. Roll dice and collect any matching pairs. More of an evening warm up game then something you would make as the main game of the evening.
Time for some fun with math. One question that comes up a lot in the game is what to do if it's your turn and there are already 2 dice rolled. Should you roll your die intending to miss both existing dice, or attempt to strike and change the other 2 dice?
So what are the odds of getting a matching pair of dice that you can take? Note, in this game any 1's that are rolled are not kept. So a pair of 1's will not help you.
In the case were you don't change the existing 2 dice. You have a 1 in 3 chance of getting a pair. 33%
In the case were you strike both dice it’s a bit more complicated. With 3 dice you have
6*6*6=216 possible outcomes
90 outcomes have a matching pair
6 outcomes have a three of a kind
16 outcomes of the 90 have a matching pair of 1's
(90+6-16)/216=37%
So a 33% vs 37% chance.

Very cute and easy dice game. Great for a drinking game or an easy icebreaker game.
